Tia Ansell is included in Personal Effects curated by Chloe Jones at Heide Museum of Modern Art, on view 19 September 2026 – 29 March 2027.

Drawing on artefacts from John and Sunday Reed’s Personal Effects Collection, the exhibition places everyday belongings and the tangible traces of life at Heide in dialogue with contemporary creative practices that rework archives, translate personal histories, recontextualise found materials, and probe the instability of memory.

The exhibition includes works by Tia Ansell, Darcey Bella Arnold, Kirsten Coelho, Kate Daw, Teelah George, Zac Langdon-Pole, Nusra Latif Qureshi, Jacqueline Stojanović, Isadora Vaughan and Ella Wijt.
